1. Home blood sampling services are available on the laboratory's working days, and you must submit your request 48 hours prior to the desired time.
2. The home sampling service for children and infants includes a pediatric phlebotomist; therefore, the sampling cost will vary.
3. Depending on the type of test, the individual providing the sample must meet the pre-test conditions; otherwise, home sampling will not be possible.
4. To complete the registration via the app, the National ID number, contact number, and personal information of the individual must be available.
5. A clear copy of the lab order must be submitted for registration. Please avoid sending blurry, incomplete, or irrelevant images.
6. The address for sample collection must be clearly and completely stated, and the location should have sufficient lighting and an appropriate space for blood collection.

8. Our reception staff will process the registration based on your submitted request. If you need to add or cancel a test, or if you do not wish to proceed with a test, please coordinate with our reception team.
9. Since appointments are limited, if you cancel or change your request after confirming the date and time of sample collection, or if you fail to be present at the designated location, a cancellation fee of 50,000 IRR will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
10. The sample collection staff will perform only the services specified in your request. Please refrain from requesting additional tests or services unrelated to the designated laboratory.
